Type a Minnesota address. We detect the serving electric utility from the state GIS layer, then list every
federal, state, and utility-specific rebate, credit, and program we have on file — with a link to each
program's own page. Toggle property type to filter.
Powered by Google address autocomplete. Select a suggestion to run the lookup.
◍ Detecting utility & matching incentives…
Utility detected wrong, or a gas-only question? Override the utility:
Estimates only — confirm every amount, deadline, and eligibility rule with the program administrator before
quoting a customer. Utility detection uses MnGeo's Electric Utility Service Areas layer (electric only; gas
territory is not in this dataset — use the utility override for gas questions). Incentive data reflects our
internal research as of the date on file and changes frequently. Federal residential credits (25D/25C) ended
Dec 31, 2025; the 30C EV-charger credit ended Jun 30, 2026; MN HOMES/HEAR are not yet live.
Xcel hosting-capacity uses Xcel's newest monthly layer; feeder headroom mainly constrains larger commercial/community
systems (a typical home system usually fits regardless) — confirm on Xcel's live map before quoting a big project.
City cost-share programs (Edina, St. Louis Park, etc.) are annually funded and often waitlisted once allocated —
check current status. PACE is commercial-only in Minnesota (no residential PACE) and requires the property's county
to have opted in.
